Field Day

I’m excited to announce that we are planning Field Day at Chaparral on Friday, May 16th, from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm! This event is a highlight of the school year, and I need your help to make it a success.

I have both full-day and half-day volunteer spots available, and your participation will make a huge difference. There will be both outdoor and indoor stations. Half-day volunteer times are 8:00 am-12:00 pm or 11:00 am-3:00 pm.

Please take a moment to review the attached Volunteer Information Packet, and Ways to Volunteer, especially the section on Events. I am looking to fill 20 volunteer spots. If more volunteers are interested, a lottery will take place to select participants. After the selection process, you will be contacted with the next steps or to be placed on a waitlist.
